1. Service scope

TWIN offers textile pickup services, collection drives and partnership programs across our service areas. Availability is subject to operational capacity.

2. Pickup requests

Submitting a pickup request does not constitute a confirmed pickup. All requests are subject to availability, location serviceability, and minimum/maximum quantity guidelines.

3. Accepted & non-accepted materials

We accept usable clothes, torn or unusable clothes, bedsheets, curtains and bulk textiles. We do not accept pillows, mattresses, godris/quilts, or soiled/wet clothes. TWIN may refuse items that do not match these guidelines.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and address information. TWIN is not liable for delays or failed pickups arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, design and graphics — is the property of TWIN. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

TWIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Modifications

TWIN reserves the right to update, suspend or modify services and these terms at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
